Pond Dipping

Today was another chance to go pond dipping in Culbin Forest with the Moray Rangers. Samuel had a fantastic time and even managed to find a Smooth Newt, a Scorpion Beetle and (according to Rachel the head Ranger) the biggest Diving Beetle they've seen in two years!!! To say he was chuffed was an understatement.

After Culbin we took a drive out to Logie Steading for a look round and a cuppa. The scones are delicious!! Samuel decided to have a go in the adventure playground to see if he could win Olympic Gold!! He set himself a target of 2 minutes but stormed home in 1.40 :)
