The Chop
I've spent the last year growing my hair
so I could fasten it up in the summer when it's too hot.
Yesterday I undid all that hard work in the space of 30 mins.
Having now experienced two summers,
One with short hair and one with long,
Short hair wins every time.
But you have to try something different before you know if it's right for you.
Looks great. In the cooler weather, your neck will feel chilly!

ReplyDeleteI recently had a bit of a chop too and was feeling fine about it until a lady opposite me in the hairdressers said 'It's lovely but ... fancy having all that lovely long hair and then chopping it all off!!!'. My hairdresser leapt to my defense saying 'It's what we do. She grows it and I cut it off!'
