Crochet 2020
2020 was a good year for crochet. Mainly made possible by lockdown and working part-time, but productive nonetheless. Last years amazing crochet tally came to...........................
One housewarming blanket, one birthday blanket,
One rainbow for the NHS, one new baby, blanket,
Five Corona blankets.
Persian Tiles Blanket. Beachcombing Blanket.
Six Virus Shawls in various shades of King Cole, Curiosity.
One chunky scarf and three bobble hats. (No photos available as I gifted them before taking photos!!!)
Oh! and the start of a second High Tea Floral Throw.
I wonder what 2021 will produce?
WOW WOW WOW - that is a lot of crocheting - all are such beautiful creations. I am liking the colour combo of the lastest project.
ReplyDeleteThank you. I have nearly finished the latest project but have run out of duck egg blue!! Oh dear I'll have to buy more wool :0)
DeleteWow! I love that Persian tiles blanket, so intricate. Well, I mean they are all gorgeous it's hard to single one out! I'm also eyeing up that Rainbow Stripe blanket, as a novice I'm wondering if I could possibly manage something like that? Just finished Attic24 Dune blanket and now started a Neat Wave one to use up the left over wool. Thanks for inspiring me!
ReplyDeleteYour blanket is beautiful as I'm sure the next one will be too. If I can find the pattern for the stripe sampler I'll let you know and send you a copy. It's really good for learning new stitches (as well as using up leftover wool). :0)
DeleteWoW, you certainly were productive!! it is nice to see someone who has been so positive during and about our lockdown!! the white one is really gorgeous, but i really adore all the fabulous bright and beautiful colors of the others!!
ReplyDeleteCrochet is my therapy and I find it so relaxing that I just go from one project to the next. :0)
